Description
We introduce premium-grade 34CrMo4 4130 Oil Well Pipe, engineered to meet the most demanding requirements in critical oil and gas applications. Manufactured to comply with both European (34CrMo4) and American (AISI 4130) material standards, this seamless chromium-molybdenum alloy steel pipe delivers exceptional performance where failure is not an option. The precise chemical composition, featuring optimal levels of chromium (0.90-1.20%) and molybdenum (0.15-0.25%), ensures superior mechanical properties including minimum tensile strength of 813 MPa and yield strength of 690 MPa, making it ideal for high-stress downhole environments.
These pipes undergo specialized heat treatment processes including quenching and tempering (+QT) to achieve enhanced microstructural homogeneity and excellent impact toughness at various temperature ranges. Available in sizes from 30mm to 139.7mm OD with wall thicknesses of 3-19mm, they are specifically designed for critical applications such as high-pressure well completions, sour service environments, deepwater drilling operations, and extended-reach horizontal wells. The material's excellent resistance to sulfide stress cracking and superior fatigue strength ensure reliable performance in H2S-containing environments and high-cycle loading conditions.
